All New Housing arrivals are due to check into the school reception first. As weekends are outside of our operating hours, our housing staff especially attends the school reception on saturdays and sundays in order to greet you. Therefore if you provide your full flight information, they will track the flight and allow for any delays or early arrivals.
If you have booked an airport greeting and transfer, then the driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to the institute reception.
If you have not booked an airport pickup and are making your own way to the school reception for check in, we still need your flight number to plan and allow for delays.
